In the removal business, a price/performance ratio must be achieved which, on the one hand, enables a high standard of quality, earns Transport KRUMPF an appropriate remuneration and, on the other hand, is attractive in terms of price for the client.
Our work must be in harmony with environmental protection. All the necessary measures have been taken to this end.
When recruiting and selecting employees, we pay attention to good qualifications (“class not mass”). We support our commercial employees in all areas of their daily work. We avoid expecting the “impossible”, relieve the burden as far as possible by purchasing work equipment and materials, and conduct detailed discussions from the planning of a move to the follow-up.
Business expansion by gaining new customers should not be at the expense of long-time customers and the quality of our moving service.

We require any person or company providing services to us to do so ethically and in accordance with the FIDI Anti-Bribery and Corruption Charter (FIDI ABC Charter) and national or other applicable laws.
By recognizing the FIDI Anti-Trust Charter, we have also committed to supporting the fight against cartels that restrict competition among suppliers to the detriment of customers.
Transport KRUMPF is committed to the confidentiality and protection of personal data (e.g. name, address, email address or telephone number) of a data subject. To this end, we have adopted a Code of Conduct on Data Protection that applies to employees, suppliers and relocation partners worldwide. We ensure the fulfillment of and compliance with the European Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (DSGVO) in our company as well as with subcontractors engaged by us. Data subjects can contact our externally appointed data protection officer at any time with any questions or suggestions regarding data protection.
In our industry, quality standards, at least outside FIDI, are not uniformly defined. For this reason, we have defined rules of conduct that describe exactly what we expect from our business partners when providing their services. With partners who do not belong to FIDI or a comparable organization, this service level agreement is concluded before the service is commissioned.
