Data acquisition

We collect the files from your premises and record all folders according to the classification criteria, descriptions or keywording you specify. Once the data collection is completed, you will receive a file from us, which we will send to you by e-mail or hand over on CD Rom. This gives you an overview of your complete file inventory.

Monitoring the retention periods

Here lies an enormous savings potential for you, because which of your employees has the time to monitor the expiry of the retention periods of countless documents? For new storage, tell us the destruction date per archive box. At the beginning of each year, we will let you know which records are due for destruction. You then decide whether the records should continue to remain in the archive or whether they should be sent for destruction.

Document shipping / transport

Documents are delivered to your Hamburg office within two hours. If the documents are to be sent to another city or to an external recipient, we are also the right contact for this. Whether direct courier or freight service provider – we select the most cost-effective partner for your requirements from among the most suitable carriers and take care of all the necessary formalities for you.
